Karen is owner and president of Health Counseling Services. She has a private psychotherapy practice. A dynamic speaker, Ms. Finck lectures throughout Minnesota on a variety of psychiatric and mental health topics. She has extensive experience in community nursing consultation, designing models of nursing care, and developing healthcare policies and procedures.

Bonnie has over 30 years of experience in community nursing care. She provides clinical support to our Nurse Consultants and manages community nursing contracts. She develops medication and healthcare policies and procedures for many types of licensed community settings. She designs models of nursing care and develops roles for nurse consultants.

Katy has extensive experience in all forms of nursing consultation. She organizes and arranges the continuing education programs for HCS nurse consultants. Katy also provides technical and clinical support to our consultants as well.

Dave coordinates the marketing of our training courses and creates the visual aspects of our training presentations. He also determines the instructors teaching schedules, manages Karen Finck's off-site presentations, and schedules all off-site training courses.
