Communication is a key component in the daily life of every person. Supervisors are in a unique position requiring both professional and personal communication skills in maintaining effective workplace relationships.
This workshop presents theory integrated with experiential exercises to allow you to rapidly increase your skills in a wide range of communication techniques.
