Full Day Workshops                                                          

HCS offers day-long workshops for more advanced learning.  All courses are designed to teach, inspire, and refresh!  People working in the field of healthcare or human services deserve a day of learning and reflection in order to support them in their difficult and demanding roles.  Community members, including people that may have family members affected by any of these topics, are welcome.  Click on any course for more information, or to register online.

These professional workshops are designed to meet continuing education requirements for:
  • Nurses
  • Social Workers
  • Chemical Dependency Counselors

Program directors, group home supervisors, job coaches, and direct care staff can benefit from these valuable workshops as well.  There are no prerequisites or qualifications needed to take these courses.

Most of our professional workshops are six hours in length.  The course fee for all of our six hour professional workshops is $99.  This fee covers all training materials and a lunch is provided.

Workshops are taught by highly experienced and qualified professionals, skilled in teaching and passionate in their presentations. All of our workshops are taught at our convenient location that is easily accessible from Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the course.  The course fee will be charged if cancellation is made in less than 24 hours.  Registration is transferable to another person.
