Managers and supervisors are in a unique position requiring both professional and interpersonal communication skills in order to maintain effective workplace relationships. Unfortunately, they are often promoted to their positions without
having any formal training, causing frustration and additional stress to
an already difficult position.
The binding of shared visions and values gives
purpose and direction to the mission of an organization. You will
discuss concepts of intention, challenge, experimentation, and
celebration and their roles in the practice of leadership. Understanding
the conditions of empowerment gives you opportunities to strengthen
others and create synergy in interactions.
This unique 2 day training will cover:
- Communicating Effectively
- Conflict Resolution
- Time Management
- Establishing Priorities
- Improving Employee Performance
- Developing Leadership Qualities
*Each of these topics will involve theoretical discussions as well as practical applications.
Your passion can inspire others to share your vision. Your competency and wisdom can give strength and stability to a changing situation. Your integrity can create a climate of trust where ideas are valued and people can thrive.
