Nursing consultation contracts with Health Counseling Services (HCS) include 24-hour telephone call coverage. An HCS nurse consultant is always available to deal with situations promptly. Unlicensed staff or their clients need quick and easy access to a nurse to get healthcare questions discussed and answered.

Contracts with sites include 24-hour telephone call coverage with the contracted nurse consultant. In addition, HCS provides the availability of an on-call nurse. Whenever the contracted nurse consultant is unavailable to take a call, onsite staff may call the HCS cell phone number, leave the telephone number where the staff can be reached, and within minutes, an experienced HCS nurse will return the call.
